Volunteering at Keyworth Community Garden

Keyworth Community Garden

We encourage adults of all ages and abilities to come along and volunteer with us, as not all our jobs involve digging and weeding!  Our less strenuous jobs can range from sowing seeds, pricking out, watering, picking cut flowers, making up flower bunches for the locals to collect, or why not just come along for a chat. We welcome everyone, as we believe just being in our beautiful garden promotes a feeling of relaxation and wellbeing, and we love showing our visitors around.

What skills do I need?

We welcome people with a range of skills including gardening, and those who help us with garden construction projects, as well as providing activities at open days etc., for example, music and arts and crafts.
