Special Olympics GB
When you volunteer for our events and programs you are supporting Special Olympics you are helping to transform lives. Through sport we provide opportunities for our athletes to make friends, learn social skills, feel part of a community, increase confidence and self-esteem, realise potential, develop physical fitness and mental well-being, demonstrate courage and experience joy and pride. And above all, for both athletes and their families – to have some FUN!
The Special Olympics GB Summer Games 2026 is no exception. We want to celebrate our athletes’ abilities and provide opportunities for athletes to compete at with others at a similar level.
