Finance/Admin Assistant

The Peoples Building Services (PBS) is a newly formed consortium of six maintenance organisations, delivering responsive repair services to a housing association in Nottingham. As Volunteer Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping to coordinate service delivery, supporting governance, and enhancing operational workflow systems.

Key Responsibilities

Inputting Data onto computer system

Process invoices and administer payments, 

Answering phone calls 

Maintain documentation for compliance audits



What skills do I need?

What We're Looking For

Experience in finance or bookkeeping

Familiarity with database systems

A commitment to accuracy and confidentiality

Good communication skills
